I don't know how the exam is scored but I did fairly well on bread and butter pulmonary and critical care medicine and my score is way above passing score(600/800), close to 1 SD above average, so I would say concentrate on that. The general consensus (and I agree) is that the critical care board is easier than the pulmonary board.
